Ziad has been an English language freelance trainer for more than 5 years.
During this time he has taught English language to professionals and children from various industries and different nationalities respectively. He has taught both groups and one to one. During one to one sessions, he tailors each individual lesson to the client's needs, ensuring the client receives what they have requested.
In group sessions, these vary from low level to high level groups. Ziad has developed effective class room management skills and provided high quality materials suitable for the given group/individual, including CALL materials (where possible). Where adjustments need to be made, Ziad has endeavoured to adapt the material further to maximise the group's/individual's learning opportunity.
Ziad has experience of assisting clients in preparing for IELTS exams and other internationally recognised exams, such as TOLES (Test of Legal English Skills). Additionally, he has helped children with their 11+/13+ and GCSEs, focusing on SPAG, reading and writing skills.
Ziad works well both individually and also within a group. He has an excellent working relationship with clients, colleagues and management. Ziad's combination of professionalism and flexibility has ensured that both the School, clients and children receive a first rate trainer and educator.
Ziad continuously strives to develop his training/personal development skills by reading, attending regular teaching discussion sessions, conferences and sharing ideas and knowledge with colleagues.
Ziad provides regular private tutoring to both children and adults, with a particular focus on English, however, where required, the subject areas have been adapted accordingly, for example, law etc.
