1- Budgeting and Planning Analyst (Balanced Scorecard Division):
- Work with Balanced Scorecard leadership teams.
- Coordinate and manage the strategies of BSC
- Review & analyze BSC info.
- Identify performance & recommend changes by using BSC
- Train employees to BSC.
2- Zero Base Budgeting:
- starting budget baseline from "zero"
- analyze and standardize cost data
- Contribute in workshops.
- implement the plan.
3- Strategic Plan (Business Plan )
- Analyze market and company development
- Define key challenges and opportunities
- Set strategic ambition
- Define initiatives and plan
- Align and approve the medium-term business plan
