• Identify Organizational and individual training needs analysis in coordination with the Department managers to identify appropriate training programs based on Performance Appraisal and top Management Recommendations.
• Set a Training Plan Including (Targeted Trainees, Course Titles, Outlines, Training Objectives)
• Estimate the training budget for each course.
• Set Training Agenda.
• Filter and Select training providers.
• Search for training venue in case the training will be outside the company premises.
• Follow up the training process with the employees & inform them with any updates.
• Monitor & evaluate training activities and the program effectiveness.
• Follow up with the Heads of Departments after the training to measure the ROI.
Other Tasks:
• Assist in the Human Resources activities including Organizational development, performance appraisal process, benefits programs, Employee relations.
• Prepare HR Letters, Experience Certificates, and Follow up Letters.
• Assist in performing job analysis process to extract job descriptions and updating org charts.
• Assist in Developing OD Tasks and Developing Company System “Policies, Forms, Procedures, KPIs, Performance Management System (PMS) etc…”

•Participate and conduct Job Analysis using Different methods.
•Create and verify Job Descriptions.
•Develop and implement the orientation process for the new hires and participate in creating the orientation handbook.
•Set and update weighted KPIs for the Employees
•Follow up the process of the probation period for new employees.
•Assist and participate in making policies.
•Participate in designing Performance Management System and conduct the system by self evaluation, 360 Feedback, Bell curve.

Personnel:

•Answer employees questions regarding their Vacations, Penalties, attendance system, policies & procedures etc.
•Manage Employees social insurance For Hired and Resigned employees ( Form 1, From 6 and Form 2 with all the modifications )
•Manage Employees Government medical insurance ( Consolidated sheet for all the hired candidate to release their Government Medical Card )
•Manage the Resignation process.
•Inform the accepted candidates with all the hiring documents to be prepared.
•Review all hiring document and ensure that all documents are valid.
•Keep the files of the employees organized, regularly completed and updated.
•Track, document and report employees (attendance, arrival & departure, vacations, sick leaves, absence & overtime, tardiness, etc)
