I have worked on the following:
- Install, upgrade, test and deploy patches or new custom solutions at customer’s premises or remotely.
- Gather Data, implement, test, train, and deploy software at customer’s premises or remotely.
- Write necessary scripts/tools and deploy them on production and test platforms (using shell scripting and Python).
- Install, configure and administer Linux servers and third party software (i.e. RHEL, Oracle DB, MySQL DB, SVN, JIRA, etc…) on virtual platforms such as VMware ESXi
- Configure and administer Microsoft servers (Domain controllers, Active directory, DNS, DHCP)
- Collection and reporting of any discussions related to known and 0-Day vulnerabilities and exploits from marketplace and open source sources.

- Occasional malware analysis
- Worked in C++, C# and JAVA on the main solution.
- Worked in a JRMI application which was part of the solution.
- Created a packaging system for the solution using NSIS.
- Created an internal web application for license generation used in the solution.
- Configured several network components.
- Configured several MS Windows servers.
- Network troubleshooting.
- User support.
