Using Alcatel tools as well as the website for pricing, applying for discount, purchasing, & etc...
Searching for new suppliers for the telecom products in KSA & outside markets.
Presenting solutions to the customers.
Suggesting & designing the optimum solutions for customers.
Studding tenders & RFQs including preparing complete technical as well as the commercial offer.
Giving consultation & support to the salesmen.

Sales of Telecom Solutions:
- Call accounting solution “BillingFinity” for different types of PBXs
such as: Alcatel, Avaya, Nortel, Cisco and etc…
- Call recording & monitoring solution “LogFinity” for all types of interfaces
such as: Analogue, Digital, ISDN, SIP, H323 and etc…
- Screen capture & Quality management add-on modules.
- Interactive voice response solution “ActFinity” using analogue & SIP
channels.
- Predictive dialer solution “AutoFinity” using analogue & SIP channels.
- Computer telephony integration “CTFinity” with any CRM system.
- SIP based call center solution “InFinity” which can be integrated with all
of the above solutions.
Presenting solutions to the partners & resellers in the region.
Suggesting & designing the optimum solutions for customers & partners.
Studding & closing tenders including preparing and submitting complete
technical offer.
Giving consultation to the developers to release new versions of the
products based on a wide experience in the field, especially in Call Centers.
