 Go-live support for existing customers AX 2009 and
AX2012 and D365.
 Getting all required signatures to close a phase in the
implementation.
 Searching and self-study for new AX features.
 Handling customer support through on calls or
customer site visits.
 Reporting all activities and tasks to project manager /
operation manager.

 Analyzing and solving operation issues.
 Controlling and monitoring day-by-day operation.
 Preparing quality documentation and procedures for
ISO 17025.
 Installation of new equipment.
 Checking preventive and corrective maintenance with maintenance department.
 Arrange, determine and control labor's tasks and
performance testing.

 Responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC systems as DX or chilled water and also ventilation systems and smoke evacuation systems
 Tenders and offers study.
 Carrying out load estimation sheets and design concept for different projects.
 Materials take off and submittals.
 Site Inspection.
 Shop drawings / as built drawings.
 Installation (testing and commissioning).
