Conducting audit engagements based on risk assessment implemented by an external consultant to manage the risks and controls and issuing reports of the findings with its implications and recommendations to remedy these issues after discussing them with the subject department manager, according to the yearly approved audit plan for the “Finance”, “Treasury”, “Sales”, “Procurement”, “Human Resources”, “Admin Services”, “Production”, “Quality Assurance” and “Quarry” departments in addition we have performed the governance compliance Audit. Perform Analysis to the financial information internally for the company and the subsidiary, and externally analyze the indicators for the company’s position among the competitors.
