• Project profile includes, 60Km Roads construction In King Abdulla economic City, 5 star hotel, 3 villas Projects and two industrial project.
• Responsible for delivering the projects on time and within budget leading a team of professional staff.
• Managed in less than three months to successfully setup the company Construction Arm and start executing 5 projects.

• Shared in Setting up IRD in Jordan, Company Registration, Servers, Primavera 6.0 and Contract Manager, staff Interview and hiring, Main Office Rental, Refurbishment and furnishing. Also in charge of Estimation during the bidding stage for any new opportunities.
• Leading all scheduling, Estimation, Document Control and Cost Control personnel within the Project
• Leading all Quantity Surveying works for Main Contractor and In charge of Submitting and follow-up on Interim Payment applications.

• Directing Estimation, Contracts & Procurement departments within Mid Contracting. Projects included Roads and Buildings and offshore works
• Developing the Departments Vision and Mission in addition to developing of the strategic goals for each of the Departments.
• Employees’ appraisals and evaluation.
• Approving Estimates and Budgets.
• Participating in Go/NO GO process
• Introducing Estimation software such as hard dollar
• Creating supplier Index.

• Directing all scheduling, estimation and Cost Control activities for the company’s projects in Afghanistan and Iraq, mostly EPC projects.
• Direction all estimation efforts and proposal submittal for all government and private sector in the Middle East and Asia.
• Currently estimating projects and preparing proposals for EPC projects worth more than $200 M in Afghanistan and Iraq.
• Ensuring the implementation of Shaw’s Project Control procedures for Scheduling, Cost Control and Estimation, especially FAR regulations governing government estimates and projects.
• Establishing project baseline schedules and budgets
• Provide consistent and thorough weekly project schedule updates and cost performance reporting including performance metrics, analysis and forecasting.
• Productivity studies and performance measurement.
• Preparing Bills of quantities and scopes of works for sub-contractors

• Leading the scheduling team in developing a baseline schedules for all the Middle East and Asia projects that is cost loaded with budget and revenue. Most of the projects were design-built
• Vast experience in schedule development using Primavera 5.0
• Risk analysis and contingency analysis.
• WBS development and usage
• Cost procedure development and cost control metric development.
• Budget development and monthly cost up to date reporting.
• Responsible for pricing all Middle East Projects, preparing Independent Estimates, PMO Estimates and Technical Submittals. In addition to BOQ preparation according to CSI coding, estimation involves evaluating subcontractors pricing, site visits, value engineering and technical submittals. Estimates can be fixed price, Cost Plus or re-measured.
• Responsible for setting the budget for every newly awarded project. based on the original estimates.
• Responsible for weekly schedule updates and cost reporting for all Middle East Projects.
• Responsible for issuing monthly invoices to the clients for every Middle East project, based on the schedule update and the percentage complete of every CLIN.

Managing the Engineering Department which was responsible for design, shopdrawings, scheduling, estimation and procurement. I Lead a team of designers to produce Project designs, shop drawings, project manuals…etc.
