Main responsibilities
• Promotions/ animations:
Follow up on the implementation of promotions materials activities in conjunction with the” graphic designer & production coordinator “.
Follow up and guarantee the implementation of promotions and give qualitative and quantitative results to Brand Managers.
Set sales team targets with Brand Managers and analyze their outcome.
Make contact with external recruitment agencies to engage BA’s for special promotions.
Regular competition studies.
• Merchandising:
Follow up on the implementation of POS (point of sales materials) material.
Train the store manage and sales team on merchandising techniques to maximize sales.
• Customer service:
Initiate customer loyalty programs and analyze its impact on sales targets.
Suggest holidays promotions for ABC’s stand.
• Marketing:
Plan, develop and execute various marketing/ branding strategies and promotional programs.
Follow up on the implementation of marketing plans.
Get feedback on launches and analyze product performance.
Proactively analyze sales results per brand and propose action plan for the sales team to improve and increase results.
Drive class A (Faces, C&F, BHV) point of sales stores to place orders when stock is kept to minimal.
Analyze brands market share vs. competitors.
• Coaching/ managing sales team (16 Beauty advisor):
Recruit, train and manage Beauty Advisors.
Act as a role model and ambassador concerning selling standards, product knowledge and brand integrity.
Analyze and review sales team performance.
Actively participate in some training to sales force.
• Organizing Book Fair for AlMaarefForum.
• Analyzing short and long term profitability of Book Fairs.
• Developing new clients & distributors in newly developed markets.
• I was able to establish new markets: Iraq, Oman and Tunis.
• Launching and distributing plans for books.
• Presenting the company in Book Fairs.
• Orders follow up with local and regional clients.
