As the General Manager-Finance & Administration for the Future Pipe Group operations in Egypt, managed the finances, strategy and administration of two manufacturing companies, one service company, and one real estate company.
•Developed new policies and procedures for the entire business process and set up financial controls, complete operational and administrative procedures.
•Doubled the company’s bank facilities limits, allowing the company to acquire more raw materials, and ultimately increasing sales by 15%.
•Managed 23 reportees and reported to the CFO of the Group based in the UAE.
As the Group Controller of Future Management Holdings Group (FMH) in Lebanon, steered the financial affairs of the group companies, reporting to the Group CFO and managing 15 reportees.
•Saved $ 90, 000 per year by reengineering the ownership and the tax structure of the Holding company and its subsidiaries.
•Reorganized the finance departments at the Group’s subsidiaries resulting in the departments being able to work more efficiently despite a 15% reduction in workforce.
