•Responsible for development of all forecast, Budget, Target letters (Quantitative and Qualitative) and for AXA ME quantitative Strategic Planning up to 2020.
•Have a thorough follow up of all deliverables (Internal and regional) and ensure respect of all deadlines.
•Respond to requests coming from AXA Group or MedLA Strategy department.
•Develop quarterly update on Lebanese insurance market/trends and analyse these trends in comparison to AXA ME business evolution.
•Perform monthly monitoring of General expenses vs.Budgets
•Continuous analysis of automation needs for the PBR department to reduce manual processes and improve departmental productivity
•Work on ad hoc requests and studies for General Management and other various departments.
Prepared end-of-semester reports.
•Completed regular administrative activities, including regular filing and paper work.
•Followed-up with current and non-current students, regarding their loans.
•Used the LAU loan program to check on loan deadlines and due dates.
•Performed a training regarding the payment preparation schedules to new students.

•Assisted in reviewing their qualifications for loans.
•Understood the Client’s future project plans and the projects’ balance sheets.
•Handled day-to day requests, which highly developed my multi-tasking and follow-up skills.
