company generated gross revenues of US$60 million for the fiscal year ended Dec 31, 2012.
Responsibilities
* Lead and managed oracle Application R12 implementation project and delivered the full Product life Cycle
solution (Concept to Release, Sampling to Acceptance, Demand to Schedule and Schedule to Produce)
and Supply Chain business cycles (Order to Cash and procurement to pay).
* Addressing the business needs of corporate departments with technology and provide the company with
expert opinions on new and emerging technologies that might become useful for doing business and
recommend purchases of technology that will increase business efficiency, save money and facilitate
corporate expansion.
* Responsible to implement & configure all modules related to the Financial, Supply chain and
Manufacturing areas.
* Endeavor to make technology and systems available around the clock, and establish disaster recovery or
contingency plans to assure business continuity.
* Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures based on input from different departments within
the business and with consent of the organization policies.
* Set annual objectives of the IT department and monitor the overall performance.
* Identifies and provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports
information to the top management.
* Manage the purchasing of all software and Hardwars and maintenance of IT assets across the company.
* Plan the life spans of all the companies' technologies, including anticipated upgrades and replacements.
Adding automation to any process or activity needing streamlining.
Accomplishment
* Successfully implemented Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) Application: Product Development
(GMD), Process Execution (GME), Process Quality (GMC), Process Costing (GMF) and Electronic
Record & Electronic Signature (ERES).
* Implemented Financial & Supply Chain Applications (GL, AP, AR, CA, FA, OM, PO, INV) .
* Design and developed a custom supply chain planning module fully integrated with Oracle Application to
calculate the MRP & CRP and generate a Production & Shipping Plan using Table interface and APIs.
* Build an interface solution between HRMS application and Account Payable module to allocate the
employee salaries & expenses transactions to the proper financial accounts using the interface table and
APIs.
* Build master validation plan and perform all validation activities (IQ, OQ and PQ) to validate the
application for operations use and meet the 21 CFR part 11 regulations.
* Implemented the Application according to the AIM (Application Implementation Methodology) and the
ABF(AIM for Business Flows) by writing and discussing the following documents(RD020, BP080, BR100,
TE040, CV010, BR110, BF010, BF45, BF020, TA040).
* Worked with Meta link Support to handle service request issue and apply the required batches.
* Installed and configured Oracle Application Express (APEX) on the Oracle EBS R12 to extend the EBS
application reporting system functionality to meet all business requirements.
* Designed and developed all required reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions with Oracle
technology tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle BI Publisher.

Responsibilities
* Involved in all stage of system Development Life Cycle (SDLC): requirement gathering, current business
process analysis, re-engineering and designing of business process, system design, Build and test of
the ERP Application.
* Responsible to provide business consultant for all functions related to the Order Management,
Inventory, Purchasing Account Receivable, Account Payable and General Ledger Modules.
* Manage the ERP team to develop procure to pay and order to cash business cycles as well as the HR
and Payroll modules.
* Handle all project management activities such as project cost, objectives, plan, assign duties &
responsibilities, communication plan and manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget
schedule and scope.
* Responsible to create logical / physical data module using oracle designer 9i and create the data
module diagrams (Entity Relation Diagram (ERD), Process Module and Function Hierarchy Diagram).
And also develop the required business rules to support the development of logical three-tier internet
application using CRM RuleFram.
* Design & develop the overall Data Warehouse logical architecture, specifically the configuration of the
OLAP cube modeling structure.
* Design and build the Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) mapping modules using Oracle
warehouse builder
* Providing data loading, monitoring, system support and general trouble shooting necessary for all the
workflows involved in the application.

Arab Bank is one of the largest financial institutions in the Middle East, serves clients in more than 30
countries. I was a primary architect, technical team leader to design & build OLAP cubes & ETL process
using oracle Warehouse Builder & Oracle Workflow to transfer all customer balances exists on IBM DB2
from 10 regional branches, in order to classify accounts risk and calculate the impairment provisions
based on the central bank of Jordan regulation.
* Nutri Dar - Jordan (Jan 2004 - May 2006)
Business analysis and project manager: leaded a team of 5 developers to deliver new Web Based
ERP application covering the full life-cycle of the development from Requirements Analysis to System
Support. The system was end-to-end business applications that manage all production activities of
infant milk formula products. The application included inventory control, purchasing, Order Management,
production, financial (AP, AR, GL) and quality control modules. 74 Transactional reports and 283 Forms
were 100% generated by using oracle designer 6i & Headstart templets.
* Cities and Villages Developing Bank (CVDB) - Jordan (Sep 2003 - April 2004).
Designing and developing Client/Server application using oracle Form & Report 6i to manage and follow
up the government infrastructure project performance and arrange the distribution of financial funds to
cities and villages.
* Financial System for Jordanian Armed Forces - Jordan (May 2003 - Aug-2003)
Re-Design the database infrastructure for all project sub systems and design screens and reports that
meets the Armed Forces requirements. Loading, Converting and mapping the existing data from Cobol
Structure to the new Oracle database Structure, using Oracle Data Warehouse Builder and Oracle
Designer 6i.
* Abu-Dabi Police Station - UAE (Jan 2003 - March 2003)
Capture and Retrofit the old Database into Oracle Designer 6i, study the weaknesses of the structure
and provide a full documentation of our recommendation.
