Main responsibilities:
- Established the production department in graphicshop.
- Communicating and managing all the production operations between the clients, the designers and the suppliers \[From briefing to delivery\].
- Material researching and suggesting.
- Production budgeting, costing, analyzing profitability and quotations.
- Preparing/ordering samples and presentations.
- Working on multimillion dollars projects, supervising the quality and assuring delivery within a tight timeframe.
- Prices negotiations with suppliers.
- Ensuring delivery & due dates/ Dispatching drivers for delivery.
- Quality Control.
- Arranging invoicing with accounting Dept.
- Payments follow up with clients/collections.
- Coordinating production between certain clients and suppliers.
- Shipping, arranging COO and requested documents.
- Working with designers on product feasibility & materials
- Follow up with “pure nostalgia” distributor \[Sales reports, delivery and payments…\]
- Account executive for selected clients in Beirut and abroad.
- Managing in-house digital printing dept. and advise them on presentations, maquettes and in-house printing details.
- Working with suppliers on the online Photobook project. Researching and testing the different ways to make this project related materials practical and profitable. In addition to working with IMAXEL LAB- Spain to assure the printability of the uploaded books on our machines.
- Managing the online Photobook orders.
Main responsibilities:
- Establishing SLP in Khartoum.
- Arranging with lawyers and ministries the legal papers and permits.
- Cars and residences leasing.
- Working with designers on the corporate identity design & production.
- Working on decoration and site preparation for the wide format digital printing machines.
- Arranging clearance of imported materials and machines.
- Recruiting from Beirut & Khartoum.
- Trucks and cars purchasing.
- Researching the market for suppliers & potential clients and initiate contacts.
- Manage SLP in coordination with heads of departments.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage all the operations between the clients, the designers and service clientele team.
- Managing production of printed materials \[offset & digital\] and purchasing of promotional items from Lebanon, China and other countries.
- Contacting, ordering and importing customized items from Leeds world USA.
- Arranging shipments and distribution to more than 36 destinations in the Middle East and other regions.
- Price negations.
- Ensure the quality & meet the due dates.
- Permanent market research for suitable suppliers convenient quality and price.
- Managing daily office details and supervising invoicing and collection.

- Supervising daily production process ensuring quality and waste less production process.
- Working on formulas with the chemical engineer to recycle the old stock.
- Overhead reduction.
- Creating an affordable brand for inexpensive apartments buildings.
- Arranging and supervising invoicing, money collection and payments.
- Initiating contact with new clients and follow-up with old clients.
- Dispatching drivers.
- Follow-up on maintenance and safety procedures.
