Determining the proper orientation and location of the Project BOD and BOQ
Worked on all Infrastructure system as a technical engineer for utilities such as Sanitary sewer system, Storm drainage system, Treated Sewage Effluent Irrigation System, Potable water system, Mv system, Lv system, Telecom system, Open channel, Landscape, Hardscape, Roads and Road Markings and Signs.
Carrying out complete coordination with all utilities
Monitor work progress, project risk and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identify solution to address them in advance.
Prepare Technical quires and Field Change Document with proposals
Prepare shop drawing, Red line markup and as built drawing for systems
Guiding the draftsman for preparing the drawing for the consultant approval
Informing about the issues that may occur in future in the progress meetings
Discussions with consultants for the technical quires submission proposals
Analyze changes in the Scope of Work and assist the Project Planning and Cost Control in assessing the relevant costs and implications
Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders and thereby fasten approval process from regulatory authorities prior to work execution
Ensure the works comply with the contract documents including drawings and specifications
Review designs issued by the consultants to ensure they are suitable and adequate. Review and resolves any anomalies prior to starting of work
Variation Claim If Required
Along with the above mentioned, I am also responsibly looking after the electrical and civil technical details to avoid any issues which can delay the construction.

To find heat gain, solar gain, U-value and Calculate TMBH and SMBH
To ascertain required CFM, duct size, chilled water flow and pipe sizing
Fresh air, Exhaust air, Return air and Supply air requirements based on ASHRAE
Static Pressure calculation for chilled water pipes and ducts
Static Pressure FCU, AHU, FAHU, VRV, VRF, DSA, PDA, CSA, VAV
Head loss calculation for Chilled Water Pumps and Chiller sizing with valve packages
Remarkable ability to understand design codes and its specifications
Well versed in drafting shop drawing with Autocad and Revit 2014
Making the summary of the quantities and BOQ with revised shop drawing.
Raising queries to the consultant if required any from the tender drawing & specifications
Skilled to perform pre-commissioning of the air and water balancing procedures
Estimation of materials and Drafting shop drawings

Execution of plumbing work (Sanitary, Storm, Potable and Irrigation)
Issue instructions to the sub-contractors advising them of available work areas and reviewing progress of work
Proposal drawing approval for any change on site to show in final as built
Execution Installation, Material procurement RFI
Daily report status of the projects.
