SAFRA, Modification of SAFRA Plant to store Acetone from ATTL/ACT Berth: Prepare an immediate study evaluation for the existing system. This is to evaluate the existing system is capable to handle Acetone or not and to recommend required modifications in all aspects, such as safety, process, environment, piping, drainage, proximity to existing drumming facility, etc. to ensure safely handling of storage. Evaluate the proper tankage and drum filling area’s proper vapor returns, Fire Fighting facilities with regards to the proposed Chiller system requirement to store at required temperature with Foam system for fire protection.
