Leadership, Communication, and Managerial:
- To cultivate a culture of collaboration and establish crystal clear communication with the production team and authority to ensure that our plans are realistic and achievable. I am also responsible for monitoring the plan's progress and adjusting it as required.
- Ensure that our team operates makes relationships with efficiently and effectively that we can meet or exceed our goals.
- Organize regular meetings, social events, and activities to strengthen our goals.

Production & Quality Control:
- Prepare monthly production plans and establish production standards that ensure efficiency, minimal wastage, and maximum utilization of resources, including machines, raw materials, and manpower.
- Establishing quality control standards and procedures for powder coating production.
- Developing and implementing Quality Management System (QMS) (ISO 9001:2015) and Environment Management System (EMS) (ISO 14001:2015) standards. I am committed to developing and implementing these standards efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis. I am continually seeking ways to improve the quality management system at my company.
- Prepared the necessary documentation, which will be conducted for both internal and external audits.
Inventory and Maintenance:
- To ensure the accuracy of the inventory, verify that the physical quantity of stock on hand matches the quantity recorded in the inventory system. This includes checking the quantities of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
- To ensure the availability of production machinery by identifying and resolving potential issues before they manifest, thereby saving time and money.
- To maintain an uninterrupted flow of production. To this end, I ensure that we maintain an adequate supply of parts and inventory. I also employ just-in-time manufacturing techniques.
- If the machine is not functioning as anticipated, modifications to the machine. This valuable feature can save time and effort in returning the machine to operation.
Training and Implementation:
- Plan, Conduct & organize (5S) employee training related to all processes to increase product quality and quantity.
- Train production staff, prepare for job training programs, and evaluate the performance of staff and recommend promotion, additional training, or termination.
Environment, Health and Safety:
- Ensuring all production workers are using Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) according to company policy and government regulations. Developing and implementing Risk Assessment, Safe Working Environment, Safe Systems of Work, Training and Supervision, Emergency Procedures, First Aid, Health and Safety Policies, and Compliance with Regulations.
- Provide awareness Training on environmental, health, and safety (EHS) to all production workers. Utilize the use of natural resources, Water, Gas, and Energy, and use separate bins for hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Ensuring a secure and sustainable workplace.
- Developing and implementing Environmental Impact Assessment, Pollution Prevention, Sustainable Practices, Compliance with Regulations, and Green Initiatives.
