I am working in a Health and Welfare domain where I am handling a team as an Operation Manager at CONDUENT 'my company name'.
CONDUENT is a US based company dealing in HR outsourcing. I am the part of Health and Welfare team where I am handling and administrating all medical/health & Welfare benefits for the employees of US clients.
On day to day basis I sue to deal with different stakeholders such as client, different insurance companies, payroll administrator and CONDUENT technology and data management team.
The overall process which I am handling is to ensure that employee should make the elections within the election window period in order to enroll themselves under employer provided benefit policy and get them updated with the respective insurance companies so that they can take medical/hospital services when they need it from In and Out of network hospitals and doctors without any issues.
Also we use to work on claims processing where we adjudicate the claims and pay eligible expenses those were incurred on the medical services by the employees/patients.
Apart from this I work with different internal stake holders such as technology team, data management team, and change support team in order to make the whole process flawless.
