Project: Construction of 400kV D/C line Skhira-Kondar (197Km), 225 kV LILO (400 kV technique) Bouficha-Sousse (6.5Km) and 225kV D/C line Skhira-Thyna (85Km)
- Prepare method statement, take approval, and implement.
-Execute works according latest method statement, IFC drawings, and contract specifications.
-Orient/train the team to implement the method statements effectively.
-Maintain related records.
-Coordinate with Surveyor for survey works
-Coordinate with Quality In-charge for scheduling of inspections & approval as per ITP.
-Make all necessary arrangements for inspection of work as per ITP.
-Responsible on his own discipline for direct execution of works according to the plan.
-Directly control and instruct to the working personnel.
-Ensure that works are performed with proper tool, equipment, and PPE’s.
-Ensure regular housekeeping of the entire work area.
Prepared shop drawings in a german office based in Tunisia.
Monitor construction and development sites in terms of pre-established execution schedule and quality of works.
Control the works with reference to the specifications and contracts
Ensure the preparation of monthly project accounts
Planning and monitoring the progress of work in the site.
Estimation and distribution of labor requirements, subcontractors, materials and equipments.
Coordination, monitoring and follow-up of the execution of works in respect of quality and deadlines.
Study of an EHPAD “LES LILAS 103 LITS building” (underground + 6 stories) formwork and reinforcement .
Formwork and reinforcement of the project "250 dwellings" for residential use.
Formwork and reinforcement of the project "235 units" collective buildings.
