November 2011 - Today: Regional Service Manager
Africa Sub-Saharan- Husky Injection Molding Systems - Dubai.

As Leader of the regional service team, I am responsible for managing and scheduling all regional service activities and service personnel to customer sites, as well as listing, following up and closing all customer issues. Assisting service personnel, project engineers and customers with troubleshooting and solving technical problems, participating in processing service reports and calculating budget expenses, support the sales teams in the selling of service products by way of technical knowledge and experience of the products.

The pre-contracting and execution of the projects by driving day-to-day project management activities related to the company portfolio from business opportunity identification to contract signature/kick-off meeting and from kick-off to project closing.
Such activities include the technical support to Sales for the preparation of professional commercial offers and the management of complete systems/stand-alone projects during the execution phase up to project closing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure projects Quality, Cost and Delivery (“QCD”). This includes establishing, precisely and adequately, through the commercial offer process, the initial forecasted margin of the project and to be able to keep this margin along the project execution phase.
- Manage and follow-up of concerned external suppliers (3rd party equipment, piping & electrical works, etc.)
- Lead, develop and manage the service technician team.
- Proactively visit customers to build / maintain relationships
- Support the General Manager and Area Managers by gathering necessary information for sales proposals and presentations/outstanding issue update.
- Work with other regions to coordinate approaches to common customers

September 2008 - October 2011: Service Engineer.
Service engineer - Husky Injection Molding Systems- Dubai.

Perform all the activities required to provide technical support to external/internal customers; set up, maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and repair injection molding systems. Acts as a mentor, takes charge and guides other team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain superior customer relations, co-ordinate and be a liaison with internal resources to ensure effective customer service, as well as provide telephone support to customer maintenance staff
- Troubleshoot and make corrections as required to all control systems,
hydraulic system, mechanical system, pneumatic system, electrical and electronic system and the programmable controls calibrate machine to achieve optimum performance, and set up and maintain machines
- Order replacement parts, troubleshoot and diagnose problems with any control system, develop organized approach to solving machine problems, repair/replace parts as required.
- Instruct service technicians and/or customer operators on the maintenance and safe operation of injection molding systems
- Provide guidance and/or on-the-job training to junior Service Technicians
- communicate with Central Service/Manufacturing/Call center Parts Center to get answers to problems encountered in the field
- To provide regular and effective written reports to the Service Manager
- Ensure that all services (electrical, water, air and oils) are properly installed
- Install mold (s) into machine (s)
- Set up product handling equipment
- Verify hook-up of auxiliary equipment such as chillers, dryers, hopper loaders, mixers/blenders, and gas-assist equipment
- Adjust process variables as required in order to produce parts of acceptable quality
- Develop an organized approach to solving machine problems by use of all available reference materials including manuals, drawings, procedures, etc

July 2007 - August 2008: Plant Manager
Plant manager - Domopan Gulf LLC Factory

- Plan production activities, production meetings, machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules and budget maintenance schedules and quality of products.
- Manage The whole industrial production; take care of all the features associated with the plant department. The safety measures have to be followed.
- If there are any quality related issues, have to find out the reason and ensure that it is not repeated.
- Collaborate and meet with other managers. Liaison with the financial department.
- Ensure that receiving and shipping schedules are followed accurately
See to it that the workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the industry.
- Attend the scheduled corporate meetings and training.
- Conduct performance reviews of employees

NOVEMBER 2006 - June 2007 - Automation engineer
