-Person in charge, and responsible for handling all the import and export shipments
-Perform daily quality checks such as Raw Material inspection, CCP, OPRP, GMP/GHP, Preoperational and shutdown checklists, conformity of the finished product, Food Watch, and making sure it is up to the set benchmark through and through enforcing necessary corrective action plan.
-Follow up on all the municipality findings and complaints, root cause and corrective action planning.
-Conduct R&D trails as per new product development protocols with focus on continuous improvement in keto, vegan, low carb and healthy snacks, maintain technical data, nutrition fact tables, label assessment, and Shelf Life Studies.
-Spearhead internal audits and mock recalls.
-Reviewed the entire Food Safety Manual and updated the DCR while documenting any changes that may have occurred.
-Conducted a management review on all programs and documents within the Food Safety Program according the Management Review SOP.
-Oversaw milk testing according to the Milk Testing SOP devised by the local regulatory body.
-Took disciplinary action related to Food Safety that takes place and its documentation.
-Maintained compliance with any rules and regulations set by the company.
