Responsible for analyzing and translating data coming from SAP’s HR solutions (Business Warehouse) in order to generate a large amount of standardized HR and workforce analytics reports, as requested by internal clients (business and HR areas) around the world. These reports will be generated in various output formats, including PPT and Microsoft Excel.
Also involves developing automation tests and scripts which require extensive programming and scripting in VBA (Excel). Some execution is also done for the scripts and tests developed.
