Responsibilities:-
•Expert in development of Reports using tools - OTBI, BI Reports & SmartView .
•Member of Oracle Cloud Fusion Financial Module Implementations with Data Migration.
•Expertise includes developing data migration, conversion and reporting solutions for projects with
high-volume and multi-platform environments.
•Ability to work as a team & to coordinate among team members.
Extremely goal-oriented with the ability to accomplish any given task within stringent timelines.
•Functional responsibilities include: requirements gathering, functional gap analysis, application
design, configuration, module setup, test script generation, writing training guides, training end users, and production support.
•Experience in preparing various project documents like Configuration Documents, Solution
design/Functional Specifications and build test scenarios and test scripts and perform end to end
testing for Test and Development instances.
•Interacted with Oracle support to resolve application issues, bugs, and SR management
(Oracle E-Business Suit R12 )
Responsibilities:-
•Development of plsql procedures, functions, triggers & packages both database level as well as reports level.
•Implementation of full module” Oracle Finance (AP, GL& FA)” ” Complete life Cycle to Live Production.
•Implementation of full module” Oracle Purchasing, Inventory” Complete life Cycle to Live Production.
•Key User Training, End User Training, Setup Training.
•Creation of Inventory & Purchasing Reports With PDF, XML & RDF LayOut Like ( On Hand Quantity, Purchase Order Voucher, Issue Voucher, Move Order Voucher, PO Return Report, Purchase Order Issue Reports, Material Receiving Reports & Other SCM Reports On users demand.)
•Creation of 30 plus AP, GL, HRMS & SCM Reports through bi publisher.
•Providing Onsite Support and Implementation Of Oracle Purchasing Module.
•Provide training to new users and retraining to existing users on New Functionality.
•Provide user support, landholding and respond to queries.
•Evaluate requirements from users, prepare change requests for approval from management with solution.
•Raise support tickets with Oracle support and follow up for solution.
•Coordinate with Oracle support, DBA, Technical consultant and other Functional consultants for implementing bug fixes.
•Coordinate with other application consultants for issue fixing and proactively prevent issue occurrence (Custom systems, ERP for interfaces).
•Provide periodic status Report to Management Weekly.
•Clean and Upload Data in Production Env. through API, Interface & DataLoader.
•Make FlexField Security on Organization & Sub inventory Level to prevent data from other ORG.
•Create Alert to notify Buyer, PO Delivered, PO Approved, all kind of PO Status, Move Order issued, Internal request etc.
•Setup security profile options.
•Setup Financial rule to bring automatic account on PO Distributions
•Forms & Reports Development.
•Implementing and Supporting and Oracle Fixed Asset .
•OAF Personalizing and Customization.
