Assisting and motivating team members

Sedibeng District Council
Emfuleni Local municipality
Gauteng Department of Education
Gauteng Department of Sports Art and Culture

 Duties include:
Planning, executing and completion of audits
Manager reviews and meetings with clients
Developing stakeholder relations
Giving strategic direction to the audit teams
Assisting and motivating team members regarding work and achieving there goals with regard to studying.Continuous evaluation of the budget and ensuring the audit is conducted as cost effective as possible as well as ensuring that independence is not impaired yet providing a quality audit with complete professionalism

- Monthly maintenance of forecasts and budgets
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting of actual results to Cendant (holding company in USA)
- Monthly preparation of balance sheet and income statement variance analysis
- Ad hoc reporting requirements
- Submittance of tax returns
- Supervisory role over rejects and member queries clerks
- Daily reporting of revenue to RCI Global
- Conducted SOX audit
- Signing off and approval of cheques and EFT payments
