Preform application and database tuning, performance monitoring and investigative troubleshooting for various customers.
∼ Plan, Design, development and testing of backup & recovery and Disaster Recovery solutions & configure RMAN backups & Oracle Datagaurd.
∼ Undertake installation, upgrades, and migrations & patch management of e-Business Suite technology stack: Oracle database, Oracle Application server, e-Business Suite modules.

∼ Architected a Highly Available infrastructure to support business requirements of hosting various Client’s ERPs (Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1) utilizing hardware load balancing for Application tiers, Clustered Oracle RDBMS Servers (Oracle Cluster ware 10gR2 RAC components, ASM).
∼ Responsible to oversee installation of Oracle e-business Suite and IBM MAXIMO Enterprise applications software while retrofitted Data Center to host Oracle Applications 11i and IBM MAXIMO systems.
∼ Involved in building and retaining the relationship & accountability with vendor partners at the same time over seeing the Oracle E-Business and IBM MAXIMO Infrastructure architecture & landscape.
∼ Implementing, documenting and communicating DR processes in preparation of disaster along with engagement with auditors on DR/IT BCP audits & remediation including working with external auditors on company's ISO certification.
∼ Consolidated Financials, Purchasing HR and payroll modules into one enterprise ERP system that is used by all TAQA HQ employees and its Global group companies. By using an Enterprise ERP system like Oracle e-business suites single installation with multi-org and multi Business groups, we were able to apply and preserve localizations and legislations of TAQAs Legal Entities country specifics.
∼ Spearheading coordination with business units & vendors to present business justification and cost analysis to the BCP Steering Committee for continuous improvement of corporate DR program and processes.
∼ Performing team administration routines including delegation of Project Tasks to the Members and monitor their progress, while mentoring the Data Centre team.
∼ Reported to the Head of Support & Infrastructure and led a team of 5 resources for analysis of functional and non-functional requirements to architect state-of-the-art, well-integrated, and cost-effective ERP solutions.

∼ Reported to the Head of Applications and led 4 resources for managing database (Oracle EBS 11i) operations and administration duties including upgrade of Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.3 to 11.5.10.2, Arabized Oracle, Upgrade for 11 companies (shifting from 11 separate servers to one central server), provided technical guidance for the implementation of Oracle Payables and Cash Management Version 11i, design of the conversion scripts to be used for the complete conversion of GL and AP and other activities that came across for smooth support service deliveries

∼ Designed and implemented a Maintenance Management System for the University Equipment's and Facilities. The project was implemented using Oracle Designer2000 for the Database Design and the Applications Design. The Database was created on Oracle8 and the front-end was produced using Oracle Designer forms and report generator.
