As Customer Relations Manager, I work to connect our individual and small business clients to the appropriate bank specialists. Through deepening our relationships with our customers, I seek to enhance the customer experience at AlRajhi Bank, while also maintaining the bank's sold reputation in professionalism and quality service.
With my comprehensive role, I help facilitate AlRajhi Bank’s business and customer
experience through services such as opening new accounts, credit and debit cards,
currency exchanges, and money orders and payments. I also consult with customers
regarding services, as well as any concerns they may have.
Assisted customers with their banking needs, including account management,
payments, and transfers. Also addressed any concerns or complaints of customers.
Completed certificate program at the Ministry of Education’s IT department.
Focused on reviewing and archiving the ministry’s data storage.
