Operation and Maintenance of Building Management System.
•Responsible for the smooth functioning of Engineering /HVAC / BMS system for the manufacturing facilities.
•Support all cGMP, safety and environmental objectives which include ensuring HVAC system remains the compliance.
•Taking weekly back up data from the system and storing it for the future reference and Reporting any abnormalities to the concern department and raised the Deviation through Ample logic.
•Daily batch reports taking like Rooms Pressure, Temperature & RH for smooth operation.
•Coordinate and Support with Callibration team during HAC testing.
•Maintain all the necessary log books, registered alarms, for any future checks and Audits.

•Operation of Building Management system, Ahu’s, Chilled Water Pumps, FCU’s, Exhaust Fans, Fresh Air Plants, Water Heaters & its Circulating Pumps, Tunnel Exhaust fans, EMC Panel etc..
•Receive T3 & Concourse Lifts alarms generated by persons trapped in the lifts.
•Preparing PPM Schedules, and Daily Operations Reports.
•Taking weekly back up data from the system and storing it for the future reference and reporting any abnormalities to the concern team.
•Checking BMS system accessories on weekly basis and reporting the defects to the concerned authorities.
•Co-ordinate with AMC venders for complaints, service and maintenance of equipment’s.
Emergency Control Room Operator

•Operation of Building Management system, Fire Alarm system, CCTV, Access Control system, Lift Monitoring System.
•Activation of access cards and creating program grouping of access cards for in house staff to restrict the staff from using prohibited areas.
•Operation and maintenance CCTV & Access Control system and making records of any doors are tampered and report it immediately to the security department for action.
•Enabling and disabling the access doors as per requirement of the site after getting approval from the concern authorities.
•Operates the Fire Alarm System, checks the status of Relays, Fire detection and protection devices and ensure proper operation.
•Operates the Building Management System, monitors/ controls Building Machinery and Systems
