Overview: Re-joined Mobily in the newly established Marketing Transformation Department, under Commercial Support, which is mandated to lead, drive and implement the transformation of Consumer Marketing product and capability development.

Key Responsibilities:

 Development of Requirement Specifications including both functional and business requirements for new capabilities.
 Elaborate the requirements to technical teams.
 Develop and document end to end experience for the respective core services including workflows, support processes and business processes for related marketing, sales, customer support and support functions to ensure that every product/ enhancements is technically appropriate, sustainable and achieves specified goals with efficiency, effectiveness, timeliness and delivers a delightful customer experience.
 Participate in programs of global commercial transformation and turnaround activities from marketing point of view with the directions of management and in alignment with corporate strategy.
 Act as the commercial SPOC to ensure the appropriate and swift delivery of IT transformation and technical capability development initiatives.
 Act as the SPOC for Mobily’s Centre of Excellence for transformation and participate in transformation program RFPs and capabilities definition and system selection.
 Participate in the digital transformation from marketing side and facilitate the cross functional work.
 Drive the selection process along with admin, technology and procurement for new technologies and systems to be implemented to support marketing initiatives.
 Manage PDP and Customer Experience standard frameworks as package conversion, VAS, financial treatment …etc.

Collaborating with executive stakeholders and sponsors to understand business needs, capture requirements, and plan projects to lead, coordinate and manage development, QA and user acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

 Applying Waterfall and Agile knowledge and experience to lead software development projects, from initiation through delivery to closing.
 Assisting clients in forecasting financial savings achieved overtime by transitioning to offshore development and support.
 End-to-end management of multiple projects concurrently, in different life cycle stages and with varying complexity in scope and budget.
 Collect inputs from internal and external stakeholders for the development or enhancement of existing products and services.
 Creating and executing detailed implementation plans in collaboration with project teams, stakeholders and customers.

 Managing projects and business planning with sequencing, resource planning and developing schedules for the team using all project management methodologies.
 Engaging project stakeholders and communicating project updates effectively to ensure buy in and project success.
 Collaborating with the testing team for the definition and execution of QA/UAT in line with the acceptance criteria, coordinating resolution of any operational, functional, or end-user errors.
 Conducting and documenting sprint retrospectives and end-of-project post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.

Executive Manager – Core Services Experience في Mobily

Overview: Directed and steered high-value product development and user acceptance function for Consumer mobile products, services and promotions portfolio including prepaid/postpaid voice, CVM, mobile data, IDD, International Roaming and VAS.

Key Responsibilities:

 Product Development & Requirements Management:
 Managing a team of technical marketing supervisors responsible for transforming high level commercial concept into business and functional requirement specifications.
 Responsible and accountable to manage the end to end product development from ideation, concept design, technical development, user acceptance and release for commercial launch.
 Serving as the SPOC (single point of contact) between Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Revenue Assurance, and stakeholders from IT, Network, Engineering and Operations. Managing all key communication channels between the stakeholders ensuring smooth flow of information.
 Developing Requirement Specifications Documents (RSD) which includes functional and business requirements for new products, promotions, platforms and capabilities
 Managing project changes, risks, issues and ensuring all roadblocks are removed to achieve the defined objectives.
 Evaluating information gathered from multiple stakeholders, reconcile conflicts, evaluating current versus proposed business processes, workflows, support processes and use high-level information to provide estimation of efforts for technical development and UAT.
 Presenting and elaborating business requirements to the technical teams for implementation and ensuring the customer experience is adhering to the guidelines.
 Ensuring that all cross functional teams are adhering to the the Product Development Process (PDP) in achieving the overall organizational objectives.
 User Acceptance Planning, Execution and Management:
 Managing the User Acceptance Testing function for all Consumer Marketing and Sales products, services and promotions including its budget ensuring systems are achieving the business requirements and specifications according to collaborative agreement on acceptance criteria.
 Managing the resource allocation along with testing schedule and roadmap for UAT function.
 Ensuring comprehensive UAT scenarios are created, executed and all operational, functional and non-functional requirements are met before Go Live and any operational changes in products are quality ensured before launch.
 Ensuring effective and seamless coordination between all UAT stakeholders namely Revenue Assurance, Customer Care and Sales Support.

 Establishing and maintaining UAT processes, templates & governance. Reporting on UAT activities & performance against KPIs.
 Conducting periodic status meetings and reporting overall project status and progress to project stakeholders, PMO and senior management. Ensuring that project portal is updated with milestone completions and project progress.
 Providing post launch support, ensuring system stability and post launch issues are fixed promptly minimizing impact on customer experience.
