Description of Duties:
• Arrange and set up the relevant work plan in accordance with the general plan of the department to achieve the designated purpose of the Procurement Directorate.
• Awareness planning is required to collect applications for the procurement of works and consultancy services from all parts of the relevant office in accordance with the law and procurement procedures.
• Controlling and caring for all works and consultancy services and purchase documents.
• Prepare and arrangement of bidding documents, project announcement and cooperation on the evaluation of construction projects and consulting services.
• Arrangement and Review of Contracts to ensure compliance with the Bidding Documents in the Consultancy Services and Works Contract.
• Ensuring that all steps of the procurement process are in accordance with the law and the procurement procedure.
• Arranging maktobs, RFB and for construction projects to accelerate the procurement process of the relevant office.
• Arrangement and adjustment of standard biding document (SBD) and submission of bids (Offer).
• Preparation of documentations for construction projects and consulting services in accordance with the procurement law and regulation.
