I have over 10 years of experience managing procurement, merchandising, buying, and product development within the textile manufacturing and export industry. My work involves transforming buyer requirements into commercially viable products, leading development from concept through sampling, bulk production, and final shipment. I work closely with international buyers, suppliers, and crossfunctional teams to ensure timely execution, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.

My responsibilities include strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, product costing, procurement planning, inventory coordination, and managing endtoend merchandising activities. I also oversee packaging development, sustainability initiatives, OEKOTEX® compliance, and continuous process improvements to deliver costeffective, highquality products while supporting business growth.
