• Gained knowledge of the design, manufacturing, and quality testing of porcelain insulators.
• Completed hands-on training in COMSOL and AutoCAD for insulator design.
• Explored testing and selection of raw materials for insulator bodies and glazing; conducted electrical, chemical, and mechanical inspections.

• Explored grid components in detail, including power and distribution transformer reclamation and testing.
• Conducted research and testing at RTL NTDC Faisalabad, also visited and watched different testings of transformers at TRW at FESCO Faisalabad.
• Gained practical exposure to PLCs, control panels of 132 kV grids, single-line diagrams, overhead and underground cables, insulators, and circuit breakers.

• Assisted in the safe and efficient operation of a 747 MW power plant and its supporting systems.
• Inspected operating components including generators, turbines, transformers, boilers, circuit breakers, and associated equipment; reported plant status to the control room supervisor.
• Enhanced technical skills and deepened knowledge of power plant operations and electricity generation.
