As an agent of an inbound call center, I answered incoming calls and responded to customer emails. I sold products and services to customers based on their needs and provided them with product and service information. I escalated issues to supervisors and provided customers with new techniques and services. Later, I was promoted to a higher position as a team leader. As a team leader, I identified team goals and evaluated team progress. I supported staff, handled escalations, provided answers and guidance to staff, and motivated the team to achieve organizational goals. I coached them on new products and services, attended meetings and briefings, and handled overflow calls. I attended TOT ( Training of Trainers ) program and got certificate for that
