Working as a Maintenance Engineer in a steel product manufacturing company, where I am leading the team of technicians and progressively performing work by maintaining a positive workplace environment. Which includes;
• Maintaining documents of service reports, repair reports, routine and non-routine maintenance activities of hydraulic & pneumatic machines (Cutting Machines, Rolling Machines, Press Machines up to 1000 Ton, etc.), Blasting & Painting Machines, Welding Machines, forklifts and Cranes. Moreover, I am also managing the facility maintenance of the plants & office buildings.
• Managing the record of the daily breakdown in the ERP SAP system and attempt to reduce the downtime by undertaking root cause analysis of failure.
• Performing inspection, supervising overhaul and, maintenance of Rotary equipment which includes pumps, air compressors, motors, and other utility & facility equipment’s.
• Prepared Preventive maintenance plan for all plant machines and equipment’s. Regularly examine the implementation of Preventive & Corrective maintenance to make sure it will not affect the production sequence and reduce breakdowns.
• Upgraded CNC plasma machine, allowing it to increase the machine bed capacity by 2 times, which results in an increase in productivity and efficiency by 50%.
• Keeping the Inventory of items and dealing with vendors for machine spare parts.

Worked as a Sales Engineer of Hyundai spare parts, my duties include coordinating with customers, prepare quotes, process orders, dispatch, and necessary documentation. Provide the solution to customer inquiries by delivering the parts or services. If required, collaborate with other areas to arrange the parts for customers. Provide training on the Oracle ERP system and resolved ERP system-related issues. Achieved sales targets by building good relations with customers and foreseeing market demand.

Worked on the project of Electric vehicles in which we contributed in all developmental stages from the start of project i.e. R&D phase to the production stage.
My technical duties on the project were as follows:
• Product development and planning schedule of Electric vehicle project.
• Effectively implemented changes in the Product Management planning schedule which result in the reduction of operational lead time up to 30%.
• Reverse engineering of Axle and differential assembly of an electric car.
• Design of sheet metal disc brake adapter and battery compartments in Electric vehicles on AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Manufacturing and Assembling of crankcase cover and battery compartment with the electric bike.
• Design, Analysis and Rapid Prototyping of CAD part model made for modification of electric vehicles on 3D printing machines.
• Handling and troubleshooting of 3D printers.

Worked as Mechanical service engineer, where I was responsible for maintaining installation, service and maintenance plan of Diesel Generators. Also, repair of Diesel generators response to complaints at the client site.

Work on the Quality of the products, Production, TPM, and Safety training of the
workforce. Also developed the ISO documentation for the internal audit.

My technical duties included the visual inspection of Aircraft (CESSNA 152, CESSNA 172, and PA28-151) and the daily flying requirements.
Also prepared for the Annual Inspection of CESSNA 172 which includes extensive dismantling, deep inspections i.e. Crack detection tests, alignment check, creeps marks check, corrosion test and assembly
