• Maintained more than 600 personal files of staf in national ofice.

• Drafted and advertised vacant positions on online portals, short-listed resumes, sent out interview call letters, conducted test interviews, assisted in preparing test/ job interview questions, compiled test results & ofered positions to selected candidates.
