Responsible for managing all aspects of a single shift within the warehouse.
Making the daily plan to achieve the daily targets as per brand
Responsible for prioritizing the receive, processing, and dispatch of merchandise to stores.
Responsible for monitoring the visitor controls, safety, and security, and driving performance to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify ways of improving warehouse processes.
Controlling operational spend in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager.
Managing inbound and outbound operations (Picking, Packing, and VAS).
Managing system & Inventory (Stocktake & PI/Cycel count).
Managing and maintaining good warehouse practices (DC audit, HSE, First Aid, Fire evacuation).
Liaising between warehouse operations, fleet, customer care, and store operations.
Coordinating with other warehouse shift managers to maintain teamwork.
Stand in for the warehouse manager when not present.
Responsible for the supervision of a team or function within one's area of expertise & to achieve company objectives.
Prioritize workload & process information to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accurate files.
Ensure adherence to all division/company, local & legal requirements.
Manage a team including workload, motivation, training & appraisals.
Process documentation promptly & communicate progress to relevant parties & line manager.
Develop internal & external relationships to benefit the department & company.
Coordination with all KSA stores order meet the targets.
Assigning the staff for different brands to meet the daily goals.
Weekly meeting with DC Manager to discuss the issues and action plans.
Weekly store visits to get feedback related to warehouse deliveries.
Coordination with IT Department daily.
Handle interface between ILS WMS & Host systems.
Ensure stock accuracy between both ILS WMS & Gold systems.
Take initiative to resolve discrepancies & ensure the operations team is supported & issues are resolved promptly.
Recommend action plans & process enhancements to reduce warehouse errors & delivery issues.
Manage all individual performances to build a productivity plan to use the units/per/man/hour.
Monitor individual performance using individual user reports within WMS.
Identify employees for appropriate jobs based on training knowledge.
Manage the perpetual inventory/cycle count.
Maintain the records of inventory auditing.
Stocktake auditing
Good command on software integrated logistic solution (ILS).
