Major Responsibilities:
1. Quality Planning, Organizing, Conducting quality inspections and Evaluation of the final part and production line from casting to final packaging.
2. To ensure quality management throughout the designated process, process line and finalizing the product.
3. Whole and soul responsible for looking after Customer and Warranty Return Parts and to carry out further necessary actions accordingly as per company norms.
4. To take necessary measure in order to reduce the rejection rate as per the set standards and to indulge and improvise the in-process quality controlling methods where applicable and to initiate the same to minimize its deficiency.
5. To carryout tasks and assignments in being a responsible bridge between the Production and Quality Departments.
