Duties & Responsibilities:

Developing, modifying, testing and evaluating materials (Concrete, Soil,
Aggregates, Reinforcements...)
Providing Mix Design For different concrete grade (C15, C25, C35, C40, C50) with
Fibers and Air Entrained Admixtures as per ACI 211 to meet the concrete
Properties (Mechanical, Physical, Durability).as per specifications
Submitting all related reports (Aggregates Testing, Cement, Admixtures,
Pozzolanic Materials…)
Providing technical advice about the suitability of materials (the compliance of
materials as per ASTM )
Providing all soil and aggregates testing reports for asphalt (Proctor, Field Density
Testing, Compaction, Soil classification, Atterberg Limits…) as per the project
specifications.
Advising on, planning and organizing inspections, maintenance and repairs
Overseeing operational quality control processes
Liaising with suppliers, customers and manufacturing/development staff
Supervising engineering and technical staff
Undertaking relevant research
Preparing technical assessment and cost estimation for the renovation of house units which have been damaged which consists of mechanical, structural, civil and electrical works.
Contributing in preparing tender documents, detailed BOQ along with estimated cost and related specification.
Evaluate the nominated contractor in terms of pre- qualification, cost and time frame needed for the completion of the works.
Reviewing the technical submittals, shop drawings, material, daily report, …
Supervise the execution progress and solving technical problem which may arise during execution.
Report the construction progress to the program manager.
Reviewing the handing over documents as received from contractor.
Providing the final report will full details for each unit after completion which been submitted to the NGO.

Duties &Responsibilities:
Providing the Bills of Quantity for all works.
Leading a weekly coordination meeting between all parties involved in the project (client, local authorities, subcontractor).
Leading a team of engineers (Architect, Civil, Elect, Mech, and Land/Hardscaping) .
Reviewing the design concept and the shop drawing for all trades( str, mech, elec, ).
Monitoring the execution of the work in compliance with specifications and time schedule of the project.
Ensure Donors procedures and requirement are strictly followed.

Preparing all documents and cost and bills for client audits.
Managing the workflow of the batch plant.
Follow and Control tests for cement, water, superplasticiser, admixtures (silica fume), coarse and fine aggregates.
Preparing mix design for different grades of concrete (B15, B20, B25, B30, B35…) according to ASTM standard .
Monitoring the quality of concrete before, during, and after casting (workability tests, compressive strength test, density and air content test).
Daily coordination with clients to ensure concrete works are complying with project spex and solve any issue raised at site.
Ensure that all the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 are provided.
Responsible on diverse projects across a range of sectors, such as highways, and roads. Designing and building tall buildings and large structures that can withstand all weather conditions (Seismic design)
Ensuring that structures are safe and functional. Supervising the work of other junior engineers. Identifying building sites that have the best foundation. Organising delivery of construction materials
Responsible for managing building projects from proposal to construction and then to completion. Analysing related risks
