• Train restaurant staff on Talabat system.
• On boarding of new vendors
• Monitoring the performance of vendors Weekly and Monthly using Looker and Tableau
• Managing Sunmi devices stocks and device configuration
• Increase or decrease vendor’s coverage areas depending on vendor’s performance.
• Working with regional team to make On boarding faster and easier for vendors and logistics team
- Manage AAA restaurant on SalesForce
• Working on all sales related systems:
- Midas: adding, update and fix all marketing and NCR for AAA brands.
- Tableau: Generate reports for account managers, Head of sales and Manager Director.
- Joker Tool: adding Gem for brands, generate Gem reports and fix what is missing.
- Salesforce: creating new branches, create new restaurants, apply new deals, generate SF reports.
• Being the one in charge for systems in all sales projects:
- ODR: handling all the system work by adding all of them in Salesforce and Talabat backend, and coordinating with quality to achieve this project.
- Tlife project which I was coordinating with IT team to setup the systems needed by restaurants, getting all the deals from sales team and explain to them how the system will work, and coordinate with Marketing team for each plan we are waking for each brand.
- Meal Kit project which I was coordinating with Sales team to add all the details on Salesforce and Talabat back-end.
- Sunmi Devices project, coordinate with GoDroid team from DH and Kuwait sales team to
Switch restaurant to Sunmi device, and assist them on how to add it on our system.
• Assisting sales team on their daily tasks and their admin related work.
• Assisting Finance team to all the finance related issues on billing system.
• Assisting Legal team to fix contracts issues and complete the missing information.
• Assisting Quality team to fix the missing details on Salesforce and Talabat back-end.
• Solve system issues faced by restaurants.
• Setup Sunmi Devices for each brand.
• Prepare needed contracts for AAA brands.
• Train new sales staff on all sales related system.
- Train restaurant staff on Talabat system.
- Help marketing team in some of their graphic needs.
- Create and submit requested reports to the management.
- deliver and pick up contracts to and from restaurants owners.
• Create and Update restaurants menu’s, coverage areas, working hours, contact numbers, images and logos on the company website.
• Conduct test run to make sure all attributes are in order and aligned, after that taking restaurants live on the company website.
• Upload and maintain the new promotions/offers, banners on the company website.
• Respond to the restaurant for their queries and updates by Emails.
• Meet current and new partners for their queries and updates by Emails.
• Booking tickets and hotels using Galileo program.
• Responsible of visas preparation
• Coordinating between the agency and local companies to schedule needed reservations for their employees.
