Looking after cases for clients like New Delhi Municipal Council, DDA and Union of India amongst other Government Departments.
Looking after documentation & drafting, research and arguing cases before the Delhi High Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal, District Courts and Consumer Forums. Working on drafting deeds, documents and instruments of conveyance, online research.
Preparing drafts under supervision of Senior Lawyer for new cases and briefing case officer before appearance in the Court.
Coordinating and Arranging Client meetings and performing other Administrative duties at our office and sending quotations after brief study on case to case basis in strict compliance to time schedule.
Taking Care of Compliance for the Court Orders, Negotiations and settlement matters whether the order is against or in favor of the Client.
Maintaining files and filing documents for over 300 files at Law office.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports and updating Senior Lawyer (Partner) for the Case progress in various Courts and Tribunals handled by a team of 8 members.
