Sr. MEP Engineer
1- Start up MEP Department Section for Modular Production.
2- Initiate MEP Material Register File with Technical Review.
3- Reviewing Tender Documents, Estimation and Design.
4- Attending Weekly meeting with head management and Clients, for Production Progress.
5- Get Solutions & Develop Electrical / ELV Installation for Modular Buildings.
6- Familiar with MEP rules and regulations of all local authorities, DEWA / SEWA / ADCD / DCD / SCD, … etc.
7- Take the Responsibility of overall successful coordination, problem solving, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project
8- Communicate and attended weekly / monthly meetings With Different Suppliers & Clients.
9- Follow up all related to MEP Systems, coordinated and insure interface is done correctly.
10- Close Projects successfully with high quality standard, final handing over documents and as per contract / project schedule
insuring client satisfaction.
11- Deal with Suppliers for deliver the proper documentation, quotations and estimation.
12- Review MEP Materials Technical Data sheets prior submission to client for approval.
13- Attending weekly Progress, Authority, Testing and Commissioning meetings with consultant and client’s representative
14- Having Capability for Leading External Projects activity remotely, with insures all MEP installations done as per contract and
SDW
Handover Systems such as, BMS, Fire, ELV, Grounding, Generator, EM Light, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Drainage, HVAC,
CRAC unit, Elevator, Escalator, Solar Water Heater, Booster Pump, Chlorine System, .. etc).

Drydock - Dubai ( G+1) Building
Projects Engineer
1- Familiar with NFPA & Civil Defense regulations, SCD, DCD, FCD.
2- Attending CD Inspection & Weekly meetings with Client
3- Review Estimated Cost of Projects & Compare with Prepared Full BOQs.
4- Follow up design & Material submission, and insure Approval Obtained from Client prior submission SDW to CD.
5- Control, Monitor and supervise the work activity and insure MSRA & RA Followed at site.
6- Insure Final Handover & Training Sessions done with Client & Maintenance Team.
7- Maintain Communication Channels between overall teams.
8- Prepare Project Schedule, Manpower & Activity Duration.
9- Prepare Project Weekly/Monthly Progress Report.
10- Request Approved Material as per project schedule and maintain budget.
11- Preparing Breakdown and obtaining approved invoices from clients as per project progress.
Handover Systems such as, Fire Sprinkler system, Firefighting System, Fire Alarm system, Emergency Lights, Central Battery,
Voice Evacuation system, Foam, FM200 & Pre-Action System.

EXPO 2020 (Dubai), LANE - DAEP - AMI-250 Construction Site Offices (Dubai), Neom - Spain Office 1&2(KSA), Saipem -
Main and Rig Camps 1, 2, 3, 4 (KSA).
Follow up subcontractor and do internal inspection prior consultant check.
1- Rise internal Field Notice and follow up for rectification.
2- Raise WIR/MIR with proper documentation for consultant inspection.
3- Maintain Close out of FN/ NCR / WIR Logs.
4- Maintain Redline and As built Drawings with Log.
