Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. Manage staff and resources to meet project budgets with acceptable level of quality, schedule and client satisfaction. Estimating resources and analyzing costs to achieve maximum savings while maintain quality. Check, control and approve contractor’s material submittal and calculation reports. Maintain detailed log of daily work activities, issues, work approved or rejected, hours of operations and equipment used at the end of each day. Coordinate with consultants and contractor’s team to advice on execution of work.
Review the construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, method statement. Ensuring that the work performed and all materials used in accordance with drawings and specifications. Raise RFI to consultant and perform inspection for all electrical works as per ITP. Operation, Preventive, Corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of Industrial plants Substations, MV/LV electrical distribution system, protection & control, grounding, lighting, low current system, equipment sizing & specification, development and review of engineering drawings and power system studies and reports. Providing guidance to prepare lighting layouts, cable tray installation, cable layouts, power layouts, wiring for lighting system, lighting fixture installation, designing of lighting distribution panel, cable sizing, earthing system according to load analysis & routing.
1)Performed plant operation as per set procedures.
2)Performed duty on different sections like Crusher House, Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill, Packing Plant & Grid Station.
3)Prepare feasibility studies for new installations, replacements or repair of existing electrical equipment including technical evaluation, specifications and materials for modifications in addition to process diagrams and cost estimates and ensure proper follow up reports and evaluation on completed modifications.
4)Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
5)Completes assigned work orders for general repairs within assigned time frame in order to achieve the operational efficiency.
6)Make daily inspection of the electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
