• To handle MEP project from mobilization stage to end of project.
• To complete project as per budget and time frame.
• To coordinate with Main Contractor, Consultant and Client.
• To attend meetings coordination and project progress meeting etc.
• Responsible for Project Management, People Management & Material Management.
• To review HVAC Design (Heat Load Calculation & Drawings etc.).
• Responsible for Progress Billing and Variations.
• Responsible to lead HVAC team of Project Department.
• Responsible for Testing & Commissioning and submission of project close out documents.
• To do the coordination with main contractor/consultant & client for approval of Material Submittals, Drawings, RFIs, CVIs etc.
• To do the coordination within HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Electrical, Fire Fighting and Civil.
• To do the coordination of Mep with Civil services and responsible for approval of coordination drawings.
• Project Management, People Management & Procurement Management.
• Responsible for Project Progress Billing and Variation etc.
• To assist Project Manager for timely completion of project within budget.
• To attend Coordination meeting and progress meetings with main contractor/ consultant & Client etc.
• Lead to engineering teams who are working on different projects.
• Directly Monitoring and Supervising Major Equipment’s Maintenance.
• Get Weekly Progress Report and Look Ahead Program from Project Engineers and Site Engineers.
• To attend Client Meetings and Progress/Coordination meetings etc.
• Project Management, People Management and Procurement Management for HVAC project.
• Responsible for timely completion of projects within budget.
• Complete Study of Tender Documents and understanding of project requirements as per Tender Drawings, Specifications, BOQ and Equipment’s Schedules etc.
• Responsible for Evaluating Tender, Estimation & Budget for the Tenders and Project.
Prepare all Mechanical Package.
• Floating all material inquiries to the suppliers, coordinating with them until receiving of quotations.
• Quantity Take off from Tender Drawings.
• To study tender documents related to HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing and raise tender queries if required before submission of tenders
• Installation of HVAC System as per Shop Drawings and Contract Specifications.
• Preparation of Method Statements for each activity.
• Preparation of Look Ahead program on weekly and monthly basis.
• Instruct to Draughtsman for preparation of Shop and as built Drawings.
• Direct Supervision of Installation of Piping and ducting System.
• Direct Supervision of Installation of Chillers, Cooling Towers, Package type Air Conditioners and all type of Terminal units etc.
• Responsible for Commissioning of Complete HVAC System.
• Responsible for Compliance to Project Requirements and Approval of Consultant
• Supervision of HVAC team, providing 24 hour daily service for installation and maintenance at TULIP Hotel & Restaurant.
• Supervise Operation & Maintenance of HVAC system.
• Troubleshooting and Fault removing of HVAC system.
• To arrange and permit the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
• Scheduling the Maintenance work.
• Supervise HVAC Installation work at the time of Construction of Hotel.
