ASSIGNMENT:
• Building a successful work team, Site work planning, prepare BOQ, Mechanical QA/QC, technical assistance in construction and Installation of Duct, Installation & commissioning HVAC systems, supervision of piping work e.g. sprinklers & firefighting system, Plumbing system (pressure & Gravity), storm water and chilled water.
• Coordination of MEP services in the ceiling, corridors, and risers and coordinate MEP drawings with architecture and structure drawings as well.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Build a team to accomplish project goals.
• Planning and scheduling of MEP work.
• Prepare BOQ and material requests.
• Ensure all work is as per standards and give final approval.
• Examination of all Shop drawings for final fabrication and installation.
• Ensure duct fabrication and installation as per DWS-142 & SMACNA CODES. It helps to avoid unnecessary large ducts and sheet thickness as well.
• Ensure Firefighting pipes fabrication and installation as per NFPA CODES.
• Administer Plumbing works including water supply, drainage & Stormwater as per Universal Plumbing and International Plumbing CODES.
ASSIGNMENT:
• Technical management in construction and installation of duct, installation & commissioning of HVAC system 4 chillers of 800 tons capacity, 9 Air handling units, 296 fan coil units, ventilation fans & stairs pressurize ducts and supervision of duct fabrication.
• Site work planning, oversee construction, commissioning and installation of all pipe work e.g. sprinklers & firefighting system, plumbing system (pressure & gravity), storm water and chilled water piping system.
• Coordination of MEP services in the ceiling, corridors, and risers and coordinate MEP drawings with architecture and structure drawings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Examination of Shop drawings for final
fabrication and installation.
• Coordination of all MEP systems.
• Selection & deduction of material and prepare
BOQ as per the site.
• Oversee duct fabrication and installation as per
DWS-142 & SMACNA CODES. It helps to avoid
unnecessary large ducts and sheet thickness as
well.
• Oversee Firefighting pipes fabrication and
installation as per NFPA CODES.
• Chilled water Pipe fabrication, insulation &
installation.
• Administer Plumbing works including water
supply, drainage & Stormwater as per UPC
CODES.
• Manage Firefighting, swimming pool, water
supply, sewerage water, pumps installation, and
commissioning.
• Manage procurement on site to minimize
material waste and its cost.
