•Responsible for the overall Control Room Operation management, Supervision and quality control (operational, logistic and technical analysis for the management.) plus Prepare log forms of T-2, T-3 and T-4.
• Under the guidance of Manger production, to achieve production targets keeping in view the quality and cost.
• Supervise and Coordination the with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument and Quality Control departments in a shift.
• Leading the shift independently while managing man, material and machine resources.
• Decision making on routine problems and during emergency situations in consultation with higher management
• Ensure smooth operation of equipments while coordinating with DCS based control room.
• Optimize the heat and power consumption of the plant.
• Establish, monitor and maintain standards for key operating parameters.
• Responsible for process circuit optimization, circuit inspection in case of abnormalities and trouble shooting of equipments during operation.
Main checks and working process in SEPARATION UNIT, OIL STABILIZATION, GAS COMPRESSORS, ENGINE, COMPRESSOR, GAS DEHYDRATION MEG REGENERATION UNIT, MEG REGENERATION UNIT, LPG RECOVERY UNIT, HEATECH & CANNON using sun oil-21 (Hot Oil System), OWER GENERATION UNIT, Gas and Diesel Generators (Caterpillar and Perkins) etc..

Compressor is four stage centrifugal compressor manufactured by HITACHI (Japan) driven by steam turbine made by Siemens (Czech Republic), turbine power is 8.1MW; it is extraction induction and condensing turbine
High Pressure Synthesis Section
High pressure section consist on followings

High Pressure Pumps (multi stages)
Waste Water & Condensate Treatment Section
Double Desorber \[3.8-4.0 kg/cm2 (a)\] having sieve trays to avoid back mixing and solution down comers.
A hydrolyser to break urea to its reactants (NH3 + CO2) by using 21 kg /cm2 steam also provided with sieve trays.
Purification Section
To purify and achieve 99 % urea solution concentration following equipment’s are used:
Rectifying column 4.5 kg/cm2 (a)
Low pressure Carbamate condenser 3.5 kg/cm2 (a)
Atm Flash Separator 0.38kg/cm2 (a)
Evaporator 0.29kg/cm2 (a)
Evaporator condenser 0.27kg/cm2 (a)
