As Deputy Manager Store & Warehouse:
At M.K Sons Private Limited (Textile Manufacturers).
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring & planning the receipt, storage, dispatch, coordination, and safety of goods coming in and out from a warehouse.
• Complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
• Developing and implementing SOP’s for the warehouse.
• Making up customer orders for delivery and pickup.
• Monitoring shipments in transit to ensure their timely arrival at destination.
• Managing a fleet of distribution vehicles.
• Controlling warehouse operating costs.
• Coordinating activities with transportation companies.
• Mentoring, coaching and providing direction to warehouse operators.
• Putting together regular reports and statistics for senior managers.
• Detecting and dealing with stock losses.
• Ensuring that delivery procedures are followed accurately.
• Managing a team of over 60 plus employees.
• Planning future warehouse requirements & centralize warehouse inventory system.
• Ensuring stocks correctly and safely.
• Managing all returns to the warehouse and then in turn returning those to the suppliers.
• Reporting damaged incoming deliveries.
• Ensuring delivery vehicle and driver compliance with all applicable rules, policies, laws and regulations.
• Invoicing customers for thier services.
• Planning & Organizing loading and unloading.
• Hiring and training up new warehouse staff.
• I am working as SAP MM (Material Management) Super User.
• Developed FSF (Functional Specification Forms) and implement.
• Develop Bills of contractors and parties
