• PMO & Governance: Setup up Quality Stage gate procedures. • Projects Management: Managed the delivery of projects including ERP upgrade, implementation of E-Recruitment, Travel Management, Integrated Access & Attendance (with turnstiles), Overseas Payroll (9 countries), Payroll Data Medium Exchange (DME) with encryption, ensuring customer satisfaction, improving business processes and partnered with business to ensure sound financial analysis, prioritization and investment decisions were made for projects
• Resource Management: Coached & Mentored consultants in the areas of SAP HCM, Success Factors and SAP Projects & Portfolio Management to ensure accurate project assessments, resource estimation, proposal and SOW generation and end-to-end execution of projects. Built a motivated and high performing team and provided career planning to team members through individual development plans. Maintained capacity vs demand plans.
