Roles and Responsibilities:
•Installing, configuring & maintaining HP Servers (DL580, DL380 and BL460) HPE BLc7000 enclosure, standalone, blade servers etc.,
•Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. HP Insight, OA, Service pack upgrade etc.,
•Installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows Server
for monitoring, managing and troubleshooting of IT related issues from Network to Servers. Maintains I.T. records and tracking for area of responsibility.
•Continuously reviewing performance against Service Level Agreements.
•Taking ownership and responsibilities of queries, issues and problems assigned.
•Escalating issues and involving experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
•Providing technical support to internal users and field users with hardware, software and technical issues.
•Creating and Managing domain accounts in Active Directory. Creating and Configuring Exchange E-mails and MDaemon Email accounts.
•Taking access to the user machines for analyzing the issues and provide basic troubleshooting. Monitoring & Troubleshooting Internet and MPLS Links.
•Troubleshooting issues remotely for offshore users or users of other branches.
•Installation, Configuring & Troubleshooting SAP and VPN client issues.
•Installing, Configuring, Troubleshooting and Administration of Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 Operating System. Performing initial hardware builds and dispositions of desktops and handheld PCs.
•Work with the Systems and Development Support Team for network and server projects, upgrades and support. Raising & maintaining incident tickets and problem records. Identifying and organizing tickets according to priority.
•Installation, Configuring & Troubleshooting Computer Peripherals, Printers, Laser & DeskJet, Client and server Software's.
•Coordinating with all teams to plan and schedule for Downtime activities. Regularly follow up with the engineers to resolve the issues with in SLA. Generating daily/weekly/monthly reports for the management.
