< Developing annual business plans & strategies, in coordination with macro plans of organization at National Head Office (design AOP numbers for category and work towards achievement) .

- Currently operational division with sales from over 12 countries across the globe
- Key functional areas are sourcing distributors, trade terms, product pricing, product packaging development, legal agreements/contracts, sales and after sales activities, promotional activities, international exhibition participation etc.
- Overall accountable for generating profits and consistency in operations, with subsequent sales growth every year

Independently taking care of establishing export market for Rasna products in the ASEAN and Asia Pacific countries. Activities related to sales and after sales involved daily work profile.
