As a Manager Accounts I play under mentioned key roles:

- Oversee the financial operations of the Food Authority, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making by senior management.

- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimize financial performance and stability.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial objectives align with organizational goals.

- Supervise accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.

- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and vendors on financial matters.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy of financial records.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance financial processes and controls.

- Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders, including board members, executives, and government officials.
