• Work with different Business Group to understand current need and present new solutions creating opportunities.
• Identify value drivers fitting with client situation, develop value messaging and positioning based on joint value creation and develop an account business plan mapping value drivers/targeted units/ phasing/resources
• Ensure that the services delivered conform to what has been contractually agreed with the client and keep track of the delivery of said services against agreed schedule, quality, scope and budget
• Manage (when appropriate) escalation process with Account Executive / Delivery Partner
• Establish processes to support an engagement, including reporting, governance, change management, risk management & escalation process
• Participate in operational processes related to specific engagements, including staffing, utilization, forecasting, time and expense management, and billing
• Assist the Program Managers in executing various IT projects and be accountable for the IT delivery of projects.
• Work with other IT resources to complete activities in Design, Construction, Test, Enterprise Test, and to migrate solutions into production.
• Help address issues to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Review selection criteria for technologies and skills that are required to complete the assigned work.
• Coordinate/manage projects and track project status, including: time, scope, cost, resources, issues, stakeholder communications and participation, certification reviews (Tollgates) and risks (FMEA).
