Responsible for planning, construction and management of high rise buildings and hotels in different locations in Dubai such as Meydan, Al Furjan, Palm Jumeirah, Health Care City, Jebel Ali, Sports City and Studio City .

The Meydan projects include 176 residential buildings of 45000 apartments and 6 hotels . The non Meydan projects include 40 buildings of 8000 residential and hotel apartments .

Managing a staff and an engineering / construction team of 300 .

The projects being managed include the following :

1- Meydan One - Reviera, Phase 1, 2, 3 and 4 which consist of 69 buildings ( 2B+G+8 ) and ( 2B+G+10 ) of a total value of Dhs. 4 Billion .

2- Meydan District 7 - Victoria, Phase 1, 2, 3 and 4 which consist of 107 residential buildings (B+G+8 ) for a total value of Dhs. 7 Billion as well as 4 hotels of 30 floors each for a total value of Dhs. 700 Million .

3- Palm Jumairah : Two hotel apartment buildings, the Royal Bay and Mina ( 2B+G+9 ) of a total value of Dhs. 400 Million .

4- Al Furjan : 17 residential and hotel apartment buildings ( 2B+3P+G+12 ) of a total value of Dhs. 2 Billion .

5- Health Care City : 4 residential buildings ( 2B+G+3P+14 ) of a total value of Dhs. 600 Million .

6- Sports City and Studio City : 3 residential buildings ( 2B+G+6 ) and ( 2B+G+8 ) of a total value of Dhs. 250 Million .

7- Jebel Ali : One residential building ( 2B+G+5P+16 ) of a total value of Dhs. 220 Million .

Number of buildings : 204 .

The total value is : Dhs. 15 Billion .

Duties included the following :

1- Ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within the budget and with high level of quality .

2- Controlling the construction resources .

3- Directing multiple projects simultaneously in regards to construction procedures as well as technical and contractual support .

4- Planning and organising the works and the team efforts to ensure the success of the projects .

5- Leading and motivating the team to achieve the highest levels of progress and quality .

6- Planning the human resources and the organisational chart needed for the construction .

7- Coordinating with all departments in the company to ensure smooth progress of works .

8- Establishing company policy and procedures .

9- Maintaining quality control process and procedures .

10- Having construction review meetings .

11- Ensuring that the works are being carried out under a perfect safety plan .

12- Expediting and monitoring the construction progress .

13- Ensuring that the handing over procedures are implemented prior to moving in of the end users to their apartments and to the satisfaction of the customer .

14- Fully aware of FIDIC, contracts and quantity surveying .

15- Preparing the KPI's and job descriptions .

Responsible for Planning, Construction and Management works of Mall of Qatar Project, the Nation's largest Mall . Total manpower of 15000 and staff of 1500 .

The project consists of 550 stores, 19 cinema halls including the largest I MAX LASER 3D projection system in the world, 100 food and beverage outlets, the Kidzmondo, management office, 19 glassed domes, family entertainment complex, theatre, a 5 star luxury Hilton Hotel . and the oasis .

No. of car parking : 7000 .

The value of the project : QR . 5.5 Billions .

Duties included the following :

1- Full control of construction resources including manpower, materials, machinery and money .
2- Planning of works .
3- Coordination between MEP and Civil works .
4- Chairing the meetings .
5- Expediting progress .
6- Cost control .
7- Quality control .
8- Safety .
9- Control of subcontractors .
10- Contractual works - Full awareness of FIDIC and conditions of contract .

5- ( 3B+G+M+3+R ) Agora Shopping Mall at Jumairah- Dubai for ARJ Properties of Dhs. 280 Millions .
6- 57 Villas ( Acacia Avenue ) at Sufouh - Dubai of Dhs. 140 Millions .

The Developer is Lodha .
The total built-up area is 200, 000 M2 .

Grocon climbing system is utilized for the core wall while Peri system is used for the columns .Ulma form work is used for slabs and beams . 6 tower cranes, 3 placing booms and 3 double-cage passenger hoists are engaged .

Managed 110 staff members and controlled 2100 of the manpower .

Controlling project departments including planning, safety, quality, construction, technical, logistics, procurement, quantity surveying, document control .mep and plant .

The project consists of 80 prectigious villas (G+1) of 5 types, Club House, Service Block, 2nos substations with associated interlocking roads, drainage system and other infrastructure works .

Hollow core slabs and pre-cast beams are utilized in the construction, GRC envelope is used for external elevation . The project includes also external infrastructure works, roads, pavements, drainage pipes and manholes .

Duties included the following :

1- Arrangement and control of basic resources of construction including materials, equipment, manpower and money .
2- Coordination with consultant & subcontractors .
3- Chairing technical & coordination meetings including preparation of minutes of meeting .
4- Contracual correspondence .
5- Controlling quality of works .
